Lynn Van Blarcum, MA, LMFT

Lynn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Minnesota (# 1426). She holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling & Psychotherapy with a specialization in Marriage and Family from the Alfred Adler Graduate School in Richfield, Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Lynn has received specialized training in child and adolescent development, couples and family interventions, parenting practices, and positive behavior management. She has worked with school-aged children, adolescents, their parents and adults in community mental health and correctional settings, and currently in private practice. Lynn’s theoretical orientation is based on existential, Family Systems, and Adlerian Individual Psychology. She incorporates cognitive, behavioral, psychoanalytical, developmental, and relationship-based principles.

In addition to seeing clients, Lynn is the Managing Director of FACTS.
